From the agri-food heritage cultivated in the wake of ancient and precious knowledge to the multi-faceted art of cooking, respecting nature and environment.
Moderated by the antropologist Elisabetta Moro, the event will be closed by a special tasting by Accademia Bocuse d’Or Italia and Terra Academy.
