Bocuse d'Or Europe 2018

For the very first time in the history of the contest, the Bocuse d’Or Europe will take place in Italy, and in particular in Torino, Piemonte. From June 11th to 12th, 2018, 20 young chefs from the whole Europe who qualified by winning their respective national rounds will meet during the Gourmet ExpoForum 2018 trade fair at Lingotto Fiere arena, which will also host the final of the European Pastry Cup 2018 on June 10th. The chefs will compete in the European Trophy to  participate in the 17th Bocuse d’Or world finale, in January 2019 in Lyon. The Honorary President of the Europe Selection will be the Italian chef Enrico Crippa.
Torino and Piemonte are ready to take the helm of this extraordinary event - the “Mount Everest of Cooking”- thanks to the Assessorato alla Cultura e al Turismo della Regione Piemonte and to DMO Piemonte Marketing, with the Municipality of Torino and the Torino Chamber of Commerce, and the support of the Ministries of Agriculture and Culture and Tourism.
